Services

Three ways we can work together.

They are in the order most projects move through. You can start at any one of them, and you can stop after any one of them.

01

Strategy sprint

Short, fixed length, agreed before we start. We take the question you cannot get past, work it hard, and hand you a decision document: what we recommend, why, what you would be trading away, and what to build first.

It is written so any good builder could pick it up and run with it, including one who is not us. That is how you know the thinking is actually finished.

Good fit if you have a decision stuck in committee, or three plausible directions and no way to choose between them.

02

Prototype to decision

A working prototype real people can put their hands on. Not a clickable mock, not a slide of screenshots. Something that runs, holds real data, and can go in front of the people you are currently guessing about.

You get the prototype and what we learned from it side by side: what people actually did, where they got stuck, what they ignored completely, and what that means for the decision in front of you. Much better to be wrong now, cheaply, than after the build budget is gone.

Good fit if the argument in the room is really an argument about how people will behave, and nobody has any evidence yet.

03

Build and hand off

The whole product, all the way to production. Frontend, backend, data, hosting, and the runbook for whoever has to run the thing on the day.

It ends with a real handover. Your team, or your next vendor, gets the working software, the documentation and the keys, with nothing important left in our heads. A build you cannot take over is a build you are renting.

Good fit if you know what needs to exist and you want one small team on the hook for it existing.

Not sure which one you need?

That usually means it is the first one. Tell us what is stuck and we will tell you which shape fits, including when the honest answer is that you do not need us at all.
